1. Experimental software

CodexShare is an independent experimental project for private, trusted sharing. It is provided as-is and may change, stop working, or become incompatible with upstream services without notice.

2. Your authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that your use is permitted by your OpenAI subscription, employer, organization, and applicable law. CodexShare does not grant rights to resell or redistribute an upstream service.

3. Trusted counterparties

Model requests traverse the selected provider machine. Pair only with people or teams you trust. Do not send secrets, regulated data, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not expose pairing links publicly.
• Do not use CodexShare to evade quotas, controls, or abuse systems.
• Do not inspect, retain, or disclose another user's request content.
• Revoke access promptly when a sharing relationship ends.

5. No marketplace or payment service yet

The current preview does not operate a public marketplace, wallet, escrow service, or payout system. Any roadmap description is not a promise that a commercial service is available.
